Heat treatment specification
Heat treatment specification: 1. The quenching, 950 ~ 1000 ℃ oil cooling;2. The quenching 1020 ℃, 200 ℃ tempering 2 h.
Microstructure: fine granular pearlite + carbide.
Delivery status: steel in annealing state delivery.
Cold extrusion touch into billet softening specification
Make ⽤ ⽣ iron protection heating, the temperature is 760 ~ 780 ° C, time 10 h, furnace cooling, l96HBW hardness, can be smooth realization of cold extrusion forming
Ordinary isothermal spheroidizing annealing specification
850 ~ 870 ℃ by 3 ~ 4 h, along with the furnace cooled to 740 ~ 760 ℃ isothermal x 4 ~ 5 h, from empty cold hardness 241 HBW, or less eutectic carbide grade 3 or less
Best isothermal temperature 740 ~ 76 ° C, o time 4 ~ 5 h or more
The spheroidizing annealing specification

Cryogenic treatment
